The Director will forecast revenue, manage a portfolio P&L, and ensure healthy margins and efficient team utilization. Additionally, the role includes scoping and supporting the delivery of advisory projects across key sustainability themes-such as human rights, climate and nature, responsible technology, business transformation, and supply chain-while leading multidisciplinary teams across both local and global offices to produce high‑quality work. The position also entails representing the organization at regional forums and contributing thought‑leadership content aligned with strategic priorities. The Director will hire, mentor, and develop a high‑performing local team while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback‑rich culture.
