This role will drive fleet optimization, cost efficiency, compliance, and sustainability initiatives while supporting the organization's growth objectives.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end fleet operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee fleet acquisition, maintenance, utilization, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and asset optimization initiatives.
  • Manage fleet budgets, contracts, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
  • Implement fleet technologies, telematics, and data-driven performance management.
  • Lead and develop high-performing fleet operations teams.
  • Drive fleet sustainability and decarbonization initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, logistics, or asset management, including leadership experience.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale fleet operations and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance and asset management.
  • Experience with dual-fuel and alternative fuel technologies.
  • Understanding of fleet decarbonization, emissions reduction strategies and sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Regional or multi-country fleet management experience.
  • Experience leading fleet modernization, electrification or alternative fuel transition programs.
