Job Description

  • Lead the execution of global clinical trials across multiple programmes
  • Oversee CROs and vendors to ensure delivery on timelines, budget, and quality
  • Develop operational strategies including study timelines, budgets, and risk plans
  • Drive vendor selection, contracting, and performance governance frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP standards and manage audit/inspection readiness
  • Partner cross-functionally to align clinical operations with broader programme goals
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinical Operations Lead should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in life sciences or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in clinical operations, including global trials
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and/or external partners
  • Strong background in oncology clinical development
  • Proven expertise in CRO and vendor management within outsourced models
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards (ICH/GCP)
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, resource-lean environments
