Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and address queries.
  • Support testing activities by validating that solutions meet business objectives.
  • Maintain clear and organised documentation of project deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital BA should have:

  • A solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Experience working within the technology or telecoms sector.
