Job Description

  • Manage and support platform services leveraging GitOps principles and best practices.
  • Design, build, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline application and infrastructure deployments.
  • Develop automation solutions using scripting languages and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
  • Monitor platform performance, investigate system issues, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure service reliability.
  • Partner with development teams to optimize software delivery, deployment, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
  • Administer and support containerized applications and orchestration platforms.
  • Implement and maintain observability capabilities, including monitoring, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
  • Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and configuration management standards across the platform.
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration, configuration, and application deployments.
  • Exposure to GitOps methodologies and tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
  • Experience working with containerization technologies, including Docker and OCI-compliant containers.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions, including Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and related technologies.
  • Experience managing artifact repositories such as Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.
  • Good understanding of platform security, secrets management, vulnerability management, and security best practices.
  • Strong experience supporting and administering Linux-based environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other modern software development methodologies.
