Job Description

  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners supporting key business units and stakeholders
  • Partner senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Drive talent acquisition, talent management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee workforce planning, manpower reviews and succession planning activities
  • Provide strategic guidance on performance management, employee relations and organisational effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, service delivery and workforce outcomes
  • Champion HR transformation initiatives and the adoption of digital HR solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a large and complex organisation
  • Proven track record of leading and developing large HR teams, with experience managing managers and driving high-performing functions.
  • Strong expertise across HR business partnering, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leadership teams on strategic people and organisational matters.
  • Experience driving change management, organisational transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build credibility and partnerships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Familiarity with digital HR solutions and leveraging technology to enhance HR effectiveness and employee experience.
