Job Description

  • Lead compensation and benefits reviews, projects, and policy initiatives independently.
  • Advise stakeholders on rewards programmes, remuneration frameworks, and implementation matters.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, workforce analytics, and compensation assessments.
  • Develop business cases, cost modelling, and strategic recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Support annual remuneration exercises and incentive programme administration.
  • Drive alignment of rewards practices across various business units and institutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement compensation programmes and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards experience.
  • Proven track record developing remuneration strategies and reward frameworks.
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive consensus.
