Job Description

You will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks across diverse technology environments.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and security reviews across operational technology, industrial control systems, enterprise infrastructure, networks, and cloud platforms.
  • Evaluate remediation options, operational impacts, and appropriate risk mitigation strategies for critical systems.
  • Coordinate patching activities, maintenance schedules, and remediation programmes with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Support system upgrades, patch deployment activities, and post-implementation validation exercises.
  • Drive vulnerability scanning activities, penetration testing coordination, and asset visibility initiatives.
  • Monitor vulnerability trends, remediation performance, and compliance metrics while producing actionable security dashboards and management reports.
  • Assist with governance activities including risk assessments, audit engagements, security reviews, and exception management processes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to ensure timely remediation of identified security risks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity operations, infrastructure security, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability management frameworks, patch management, and security risk assessment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with security standards and best practices, including ISO 27001 and CIS Benchmarks.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure technologies such as Windows, Linux, virtualisation platforms, databases, middleware, applications, or network technologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
