With a strong global presence, the company continues to expand its operations across Asia.Job DescriptionManage the full lifecycle of supply chain and vendor contracts.Review agreements to ensure commercial terms such as pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards meet business needs.Ensure contracts follow internal policies and protect the company from unnecessary risks.Review and revise contract terms and negotiate directly with suppliers within company guidelines.Work with internal teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters before agreements are finalized.Establish clear contracting policies, procedures, and standard templates for supplier agreements.Work with legal, business units, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain these frameworks.Update processes regularly based on business needs, regulatory changes, and past experience.Improve contract workflows to make the process faster and more efficient.Introduce tools or tracking methods to reduce delays and improve contract turnaround time.Communicate key obligations and updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.Maintain professional relationships with suppliers during the contracting stage.Support supplier selection and purchasing activities when required.Identify opportunities for contract renewal, renegotiation, or risk mitigation.Continuously improve internal contract management systems and processes.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or contract management within a manufacturing environment.Prior experience handling supplier contracts and negotiations in a manufacturing company is essential.Good understanding of supply chain operations and how supplier contracts impact areas such as production, logistics, and sales.Experience working across different departments, particularly with legal and operations teams, on company-wide initiatives or projects.Strong contract review, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to balance commercial outcomes and supplier relationships.Ability to independently handle contract matters and know when to escalate issues to legal or senior management.Good organisational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.Willingness to travel locally and internationally.What's on OfferTeam expansion - an opportunity to join a growing business in a key and impactful role.
