Job Description

  • Lead and mentor the local cloud operations team.
  • Manage cloud service operations across public and private cloud environments.
  • Own incident management and drive timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis with engineering and SRE teams.
  • Oversee patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Conduct health checks, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure security compliance and vulnerability remediation.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of cloud operations or infrastructure management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud services and private cloud technologies.
  • Experience with SRE principles and ITIL frameworks.
  • Proven leadership and incident management experience.
  • Strong technical expertise and track record of achievement.
