With a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, the organisation provides employees with exposure to complex client situations, cross-functional teams, and a broad spectrum of wealth management disciplines across international markets.Job DescriptionPartner with senior advisers to support family office and private wealth clients on strategic and operational matters.Coordinate with external professionals including legal, tax, insurance, and private banking partners to execute client initiatives.Manage client onboarding, account transfers, and ongoing due diligence documentation requirements.Support wealth structuring initiatives involving trusts, estate planning arrangements, philanthropic activities, and asset protection strategies.Prepare investment-related documentation, client reporting materials, and presentation packs for stakeholder meetings.Monitor banking relationships, liquidity management activities, and transaction processing requests.Maintain accurate client records, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements across the business.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.Minimum 3+ years of experience within family offices, private wealth management, private banking, asset management, trust services, or related financial services environments.Strong understanding of client servicing, investment operations, and wealth management processes.Experience handling client onboarding, KYC, due diligence, and regulatory documentation.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while exercising sound judgement.Collaborative team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients will be advantageous.What's on OfferThis opportunity offers exposure to some of the most sophisticated private wealth and family office structures within a global investment environment.
