With a reputation for delivering tailored wealth management solutions, the bank offers a comprehensive suite of investment, lending, advisory, and fiduciary services to private clients, family offices, and external asset managers.The organisation continues to invest in its regional wealth management platform, providing employees with the opportunity to work alongside experienced bankers and specialists while gaining exposure to multiple international markets and client segments.Job DescriptionProvide front-office support to Relationship Managers and client servicing teams across multiple regional markets and booking centres.Act as a key coverage resource during staff absences, new team build-outs, business growth periods, and organisational transitions.Support account opening, client reviews, maintenance activities, documentation remediation, and ongoing client servicing requests.Coordinate closely with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Credit and Product teams to facilitate onboarding and transaction execution.Monitor client lifecycle management activities, ensuring regulatory and internal policy requirements are met.Assist in transaction processing, operational issue resolution, and follow-up on cash, securities, FX and related banking activities.Contribute to process improvements, regulatory initiatives, and cross-functional projects supporting operational excellence.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business or a related discipline.Minimum 3+ years of experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Client Services, ARM or CRA functions.Strong understanding of account opening, client onboarding, KYC, AML, FATCA and CRS requirements.Experience supporting wealthy individuals, family offices, external asset managers or international client portfolios.Knowledge of private banking products, client lifecycle management and operational workflows.Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, jurisdictions and stakeholder groups.Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and risk awareness.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience using private banking platforms such as Avaloq or similar systems will be advantageous.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Active CACS certifications requiredWhat's on OfferThis opportunity offers extensive regional exposure across several international private banking markets and client segments, providing a strong platform for career progression within wealth management.
