Job Description

  • Lead full lifecycle project management from feasibility to completion
  • Act as the central liaison across design teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable development plans
  • Manage tender processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
  • Oversee regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with local standards
  • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance
  • Provide regular progress updates and strategic insights to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 5+ years of managerial experience in infrastructure or construction projects
  • Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale developments
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities
  • Experience in sustainability, energy, or industrial infrastructure is advantageous
  • Strong analytical thinking with a results-driven mindset
