Job Description

  • Support project leadership in managing civil construction activities
  • Monitor progress and prepare timely project performance reports
  • Review contractor submissions including drawings and technical documents
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Assess completed works and track variations against project scope
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards
  • Perform site safety audits and work with teams to resolve issues

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Solid experience in civil or building construction projects
  • Exposure to infrastructure or large-scale developments
  • Familiarity with managing contractors and reviewing technical submissions
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC and safety compliance practices
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a project environment
