Job Description

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term strategic vision of the bank while driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and shareholder value creation.Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting and delivering the enterprise strategy and growth agenda
  • Driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Leading digital banking, payments, lending, and adjacent financial services businesses
  • Building a high-performance, customer-centric culture
  • Maintaining strong relationships with regulators, investors, and strategic partners
  • Ensuring robust governance, risk management, and compliance practices
  • Accelerating innovation, data-driven decision making, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Representing the organisation externally with key stakeholders across government, industry, and financial markets



The Successful Applicant

We are interested in speaking with accomplished senior executives who possess:

  • Significant executive leadership experience within digital banking, financial services, fintech, payments, or broader banking environments
  • A proven track record managing substantial P&L responsibilities and complex organisations
  • Experience scaling businesses through periods of rapid growth and transformation
  • Deep understanding of digital financial ecosystems, customer acquisition, and product innovation
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with regulators, boards, investors, and strategic partners
  • A strategic yet highly execution-oriented leadership style
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing leadership
