This role sits within a high-profile initiative supporting documentation migration and life-cycle governance across multiple product classes.Job DescriptionReporting to the programme leadership team, you will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end execution of Capital Markets documentation activities.Responsibilities include:Coordinate documentation remediation, migration and execution activities across assigned counter-parties and product linesAct as the primary point of contact between external counter-parties and internal stakeholder groupsManage project plans, documentation trackers, action logs and programme reporting to ensure timely completion of deliverableSupport document review processes by consolidating counter-party comments and routing exceptions to relevant subject matter expertsDrive collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Credit Risk and Front Office teams throughout the documentation life-cycleMonitor programme risks, bottlenecks and dependencies while escalating issues where appropriateMaintain accurate contract records, governance documentation and audit-ready repositories in accordance with internal standardsSupport post-execution activities including amendments, on-boarding documentation and contract maintenanceThe Successful ApplicantDegree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Banking or a related disciplineExperience within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Private Banking, Markets Operations, Documentation Management, PMO or Contract Management environmentsUnderstanding of financial markets products including FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products or related instrumentsExposure to ISDA, CSA, Novation Agreements, trading agreements, custody agreements or similar financial contracts will be advantageousProven ability to manage multiple work-streams, stakeholders and deadlines within a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and organisational capabilities with exceptional attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPointFamiliarity with contract life-cycle management systems, workflow tools or documentation repositories would be beneficialWhat's on OfferThis is an opportunity to join a globally respected financial institution and contribute to a high-profile strategic transformation programme.
