Job Description

  • Develop the semiconductor business in Singapore, from market entry to revenue generation
  • Identify, win, and grow new customers across fabs, OEMs, and ecosystem partners
  • Drive channel and distributor-led sales strategies to scale market penetration
  • Influence specifications with end users, consultants, and key decision-makers
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure
  • Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to align solutions
  • Track market trends, competitors, and opportunities to shape go-to-market plans

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Proven track record in semiconductor, high-tech, or industrial environments
  • Strong experience operating in channel / distributor sales models
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset with success in new market or vertical build-up
  • Solid commercial acumen with exposure to overall sales revenue ownership
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability sales cultures
