Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts while achieving individual sales targets
  • Identify and develop new markets, channels, and customer opportunities
  • Contribute to sales strategy, territory planning, and resource allocation
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity through structured reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
  • Confident using data, digital platforms, and analytics to support decision-making
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency in AI tools such as Microsoft, Copilot, Power BI.
