A company in the Transport & Distribution industry based in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into clear product initiatives and road-map priorities.
  • Manage the product backlog by creating detailed user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working closely with development teams throughout delivery.
  • Facilitate product discovery activities, process analysis, and solution design workshops to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Coordinate UAT activities, validate delivered features against business requirements, and support release readiness and implementation activities.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs and user feedback, driving continuous enhancements and value realisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Owner should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related digital transformation projects.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, user story writing, backlog prioritisation, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, business process analysis, UAT, system integration, and product life-cycle management.
