Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end servicing of high net worth insurance policies
  • Act as a key point of contact for distributors and banking partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy servicing requests
  • Review and handle documentation related to policy collateralisation and trust assignments
  • Support reporting requirements, including preparation of periodic statements
  • Maintain and enhance operational processes and standard procedures
  • Participate in system improvements, product launches, and business initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in life insurance policy servicing
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with policy administration systems and MS Office tools
