Job Description

  • Manage and develop institutional sales opportunities across SEA markets
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and investment consultants
  • Proactively develop new business through outreach and lead follow-ups
  • Deliver tailored investment presentations to prospective clients
  • Partner with internal teams to execute sales strategies effectively
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and client records in CRM systems
  • Support end-to-end onboarding of new clients

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, asset management, or wealth solutions
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial concepts
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region
