Job Description

  • Conduct detailed industry and market research to support deal origination
  • Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses
  • Prepare client-ready presentations including pitchbooks and deal materials
  • Support execution of M&A transactions and financing mandates
  • Coordinate transaction processes with internal teams and external advisers
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on cross-border deals
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise
  • Solid understanding of M&A processes and transaction execution
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
