This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced investment banking professional to play a team lead, hands-on role in originating and executing complex advisory transactions. The role offers strong exposure to team management, senior stakeholders, live deals, and end-to-end transaction execution across multiple products.

Job Description

  • Support origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
  • Lead a team, develop pitch books, information memoranda, and marketing materials
  • Build and review financial models for valuation and scenario analysis
  • Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-level research
  • Participate in due diligence processes and manage data rooms
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders during transactions
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members and interns



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking or relevant advisory roles
  • Strong grounding in financial modelling and valuation techniques
  • Solid understanding of capital markets and corporate finance concepts
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
