Job Description

  • Handle a broad range of contentious matters including commercial disputes
  • Advise clients across technology, finance, IP and employment‑related issues
  • Draft pleadings, submissions, opinions and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
  • Support advocacy work and attend hearings where appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with partners and peers on complex matters

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate / Counsel / Associate Director should have:

  • Singapore‑qualified lawyer
  • Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification experience, seniority is commensurate with experience
  • Strong legal drafting, research and analytical capabilities
  • Confident communicator with sound advocacy fundamentals
  • High professional integrity and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
