Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers servicing HNW and UHNW clients within the NRI segment.
  • Act as an important contact point for client servicing requests, transaction support, and account-related matters.
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities, due diligence reviews, account documentation, and ongoing profile maintenance.
  • Prepare investment review materials, portfolio reports, presentation decks, and meeting documentation.
  • Facilitate execution of investment, treasury, and banking transactions while liaising with internal product and operations teams.
  • Monitor service delivery standards, follow up on outstanding client requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, control procedures, risk policies, and compliance standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2+ years of experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Affluent Banking, or a similar client-facing banking environment.
  • Exposure to supporting high-net-worth or internationally based clients.
  • Understanding of investment products including funds, bonds, equities, foreign exchange, deposits, and structured solutions.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding, account administration, KYC reviews, and wealth management processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, client-centric, and able to work effectively with internal stakeholders across different functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
