Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and client servicing support to Relationship Managers managing private banking relationships.
  • Act as a key contact point for client enquiries, service requests, and account-related matters, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor client account activities and transactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Support Relationship Managers in preparing materials and documentation related to wealth management and advisory activities.
  • Maintain and update client records, account information, facilities details, and management reports.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, product specialists, risk, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth client servicing.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting arrangements, presentation preparation, travel coordination, and other administrative responsibilities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in client servicing, sales support, banking operations, wealth management support, or related financial services functions.
  • Good understanding of banking, investment, wealth management, or financial products and services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams and business functions.
  • Resilient and adaptable with the ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CACS will be advantageous.
