Job Description

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, translating business needs into clear requirements and coordinating timely delivery of solutions.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate service updates, performance, and improvement plans in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Support governance processes by contributing to portfolio prioritization, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment with strategic technology direction.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to support evaluation, relationship management, and contract alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate infrastructure and service initiatives, including incident resolution, UAT, deployment planning, and continuous service improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to enhance service delivery, improve processes, and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge sharing.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology roles, with a minimum of 3 years focused on strategic planning, innovation, or business partnering.
  • Demonstrated success in contributing to and delivering technology initiatives that drive business value.
  • Good understanding of modern technologies such as cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity basics.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, end-user technologies, ticketing systems, and service delivery practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to simplify technical concepts for business users; exposure to multinational environments is advantageous.
