Job Description

As an Assistant Communication Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's presence across Southeast Asia by managing key public relations, advertising and corporate communication initiatives.

In addition to these, you will also be up to the challenge of the following:

  • Lead regional public relations activities, including strategy development, media engagement and editorial content management
  • Oversee advertising initiatives such as media planning, campaign rotations, and evaluating new opportunities across print, digital, TV, and out-of-home platforms
  • Manage relationships with global headquarters and external agencies to align on brand messaging and creative assets
  • Support corporate events, sponsorships and regional brand activations, ensuring optimal visibility and partnership value
  • Evaluate and negotiate branding opportunities for strategic placements across the region
  • Oversee communications budgeting, including planning, tracking and financial reconciliation
  • Provide regional support for global events, ensuring consistent brand presentation and seamless cross-market execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in communications, public relation or marketing, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
  • Proven experience managing public relation or advertising agencies
  • Strong project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker who remains composed and solutions-driven in dynamic environments
  • Organised individual who has a passion in the luxury retail sector.
