Job Description

  • Provide first and second-level support for business-critical applications within the technology department.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner to minimise disruptions.
  • work with internal teams to ensure seamless application performance and functionality.
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolution processes for future reference.
  • Assist in application upgrades, testing, and deployment tasks as required.
  • Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours work when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Application SupportAnalyst should have:

  • A strong background in application support within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing efficient solutions.
  • working with business-critical applications in a technology environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations
