Job Description

  • Provide technical expertise and application support to customers across the aviation industry.
  • Investigate customer challenges and recommend effective technical solutions.
  • Lead product demonstrations, trials, evaluations, and qualification activities.
  • Support implementation projects to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with airlines, OEMs, MRO providers, and distribution partners.
  • Partner with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global R&D teams to drive product enhancements and communicate market requirements.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, technical seminars, conferences, and customer workshops.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Experience in application engineering, technical service, field engineering or technical consulting,
  • Proven ability to engage customers and provide technical solutions in a commercial environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience conducting product evaluations, technical demonstrations, or implementation projects.
  • Ability to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
