Job Description

  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative AI solutions-especially LLM-based-while collaborating closely with clients.
  • Act as a trusted AI advisor by understanding client needs and demonstrating how AI can address key business challenges.
  • Solve complex technical problems and work with other experts to overcome industry-level challenges.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support the growth of the broader team through guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver cohesive, end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest AI advancements to continuously improve solution design and implementation.
  • Ensure all AI systems are reliable and robust through thorough testing and validation.
  • Promote ethical AI practices, including fairness, privacy, accountability, and compliance.
  • Enable clients to fully adopt and benefit from AI by equipping them with the right skills and knowledge



The Successful Applicant

  • Agentic LLM Systems: Build workflows with tool calling, structured outputs, validation loops, and failure handling-not just prompts
  • Strong AI and Software Engineering: Write clean, modular, production-ready code with solid architecture and type safety
  • Evaluation First: Measure accuracy, compare approaches, and iterate based on results
  • Good Judgment: Choose simple, appropriate solutions (avoid unnecessary RAG/fine-tuning)
  • Structured Prompting: Design clear, efficient prompts with minimal, relevant context
  • Clear Communication: Explain decisions, trade-offs, results, and improvements
  • Ownership: Independently design, build, test, and optimize end-to-end systems
