As a former associate director in the procurement and supply chain team, Ryan managed four specialist teams in the technical space and focused on talent management and attraction of professionals across multiple sectors in Indonesia. He began his recruitment career in Michael Page Malaysia, where he successfully launched multi-discipline teams there with great success as well as made regional placements across the South East Asia region.
