Job Description

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and scans across the organisation's technology infrastructure.
  • Analyse and prioritise identified vulnerabilities based on risk levels and potential impact.
  • work with cross-functional teams to implement effective remediation plans.
  • Develop and maintain vulnerability management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on the status of vulnerability remediation efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to enhance the organisation's defences.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on vulnerability management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vulnerability Management Expert should have:

  • knowledge of vulnerability management tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities in complex IT environments.
  • working in the financial services industry or similar sectors.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the technology and financial sectors.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications in information security or vulnerability management would be an advantage.
