Job Description

  • Lead and develop regional APAC Supply Chain teams across Demand & Supply Planning, Sales Support, and Logistics, including target setting, performance reviews, coaching, and capability building
  • Act as key liaison between Central Supply Chain and APAC subsidiaries to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution
  • Oversee end-to-end operational supply chain activities including demand & supply planning, order management, and NPI/change projects across all APAC markets
  • Drive implementation of corporate supply chain strategies, standards, supply chain transformation, and digital transformation initiatives across the region
  • Develop and execute supply chain transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across APAC
  • Monitor, analyse, and improve key supply chain KPIs (e.g. OTIF, DPA, DIO, stock cover, supplier OTIF), ensuring delivery of cost and service level targets
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities, defining projects, and collaborating with global and local teams to deliver efficiencies
  • Proactively manage supply risks and ensure consistent, high-quality regional reporting to HQ in line with corporate standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 7 years of leadership experience in supply chain roles
  • Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams is highly advantageous
  • Strong background in regional supply chain management and transformation within FMCG, healthcare, or consumer healthcare industries
  • Proven track record in driving end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives and managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in supply chain management systems and digital tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong stakeholder management and high energy levels
  • Demonstrated commitment to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for work as required
