Job Description

  • Coordinate packaging artwork updates, revisions and implementation activities for pharmaceutical products across Asia
  • Manage artwork projects from planning through execution and market implementation
  • Partner with regulatory, quality, supply chain, manufacturing and commercial stakeholders to deliver artwork changes on time
  • Review artwork content and packaging components to ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements
  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop and enhance artwork governance processes, documentation and operating procedures
  • Support performance reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives within the artwork management framework

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Packaging Technology, Regulatory Affairs or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience within pharmaceutical artwork management, packaging operations, regulatory operations or related functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end artwork or packaging change projects.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical packaging, labelling and change control processes.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across regional or global environments.
  • Strong project management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a quality and compliance-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of artwork management systems and workflow tools would be advantageous.
  • Ability to analyse issues, identify risks and implement practical solutions.
