Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead HR Operations and Compliance activities across Singapore while supporting regional HR transformation initiatives across South Asia and Oceania. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes and policies
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
  • Oversee expatriate mobility programmes, immigration administration and vendor management activities
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, payroll, HRIS and business leaders to deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Lead payroll governance, reporting, audit readiness and annual compensation administration activities
  • Develop and coach a team of HR Operations professionals while driving service excellence and operational KPIs

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • 9+ years of HR experience with significant exposure to HR Operations leadership
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation, payroll governance and HR compliance
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR process improvement, transformation or systems implementation initiatives
  • Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and elevate team capability
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across regional or multinational environments
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance operational priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Exposure to HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP or similar HRIS solutions will be advantageous
