The organisation is investing heavily in next-generation digital infrastructure, including AI-ready data centres, cloud platforms, connectivity networks and emerging technology ecosystems.With a reputation for innovation, strategic growth and long-term infrastructure development, the business offers professionals the opportunity to work on industry-defining projects that support the digital transformation of enterprises and economies across the region.Job DescriptionServe as a key legal business partner supporting strategic infrastructure and technology initiatives across the region.Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders on business-critical projects and investments.Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, infrastructure contracts and strategic partnerships.Support major transactions including project development, financing arrangements, capital raising activities, joint ventures and M&A opportunities.Advise on legal and commercial risks associated with new markets, emerging technologies and innovative business models.Collaborate closely with business, finance, corporate development and operational teams to facilitate informed decision-making.Develop risk management frameworks and governance processes that balance commercial objectives with legal and regulatory requirements.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Legal Counsel should have:A professional legal qualification, such as LLB or equivalent.Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience gained in private practice and/or in-house environments.Strong background in corporate transactions, project development, infrastructure, finance and/or M&A matters.Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements.Ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal advice within a fast-paced commercial environment.Strong commercial acumen with a genuine interest in technology, digital infrastructure and emerging AI-related developments.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.Collaborative approach and proven ability to work across cross-functional teams.What's on OfferThis opportunity provides exposure to some of the region's most significant digital infrastructure and technology investments.
