Job Description

  • Manage and optimise enterprise Windows server environments to ensure high availability, performance, and operational stability.
  • Oversee identity and access management services, including directory services, authentication platforms, and policy administration.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 technologies, supporting collaboration tools, messaging platforms, and user lifecycle management.
  • Strengthen infrastructure security through the implementation of access controls, security policies, and identity protection measures.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and authentication-related issues.
  • Support business continuity by maintaining backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Participate in infrastructure enhancement projects, cloud migrations, system upgrades, and technology modernisation initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related IT operations role.
  • Strong experience administering Windows Server environments in an enterprise setting.
  • Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management technologies.
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, conditional access policies, and identity governance.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure administration and hybrid cloud environments would be highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Linux server administration is beneficial.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage.
