This role supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT systems, applications, and end-user services while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. The incumbent will also contribute to IT projects, business analysis, testing, documentation, and digitalisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support business needs.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain and monitor IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Support the development, testing, implementation, and enhancement of internal systems and technology solutions.
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, technology rollouts, and business continuity/disaster recovery activities.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support governance and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to digitalisation, automation, and process improvement initiatives while staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or related field
  • At least 10 years experiences within the industry
  • Experience in IT business analysis, solution development and testing
  • Possess good service attitude, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiples tasks/projects
