We are partnering with a well-established global healthcare organisation to recruit a Senior Fulfilment Operations Specialist for its APAC operations team. This position is ideal for a supply chain professional who enjoys managing order fulfilment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring product availability across regional markets while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfilment activities from order receipt through to delivery and invoicing
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve supply or delivery issues
  • Coordinate closely with regional affiliates, logistics providers and external partners to achieve service level targets
  • Maintain visibility of inventory positions and identify potential stock risks
  • Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, customer service and commercial stakeholders
  • Support process improvement initiatives, operational projects and other ad hoc assignments
  • Ensure efficient order processing and supply continuity across APAC markets

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
  • Minimally 5 years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, logistics or customer operations
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences or regulated industries will be advantageous
  • Hands-on experience managing order-to-cash processes and customer order fulfilment activities
  • Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems or similar order management platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
