Job Description

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in financial planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering activities. Beyond reporting, this position requires a commercially-minded finance professional who can influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions and drive financial discipline across operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across multiple business units.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, financial performance analysis and variance commentary.
  • Partner closely with operational and functional stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
  • Challenge business assumptions and support decision-making through robust financial analysis.
  • Monitor operating costs and drive accountability through regular performance reviews.
  • Support long-term value creation initiatives, business cases and strategic projects.
  • Improve reporting processes, planning models and financial controls through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Consolidate budget submissions, analyse trends and prepare management presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity and timely delivery of financial information.



The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Professional should have:

  • Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of FP&A, commercial finance or business finance experience.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience.
  • Proven ability to business partner with operational stakeholders.
  • Confidence in influencing, challenging and driving conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working in complex, matrix or operationally intensive environments.
  • Exposure to Oracle, Vena, Tagetik or similar finance systems will be advantageous.
