Job Description

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in financial planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering activities. Beyond reporting, this position requires a commercially-minded finance professional who can influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions and drive financial discipline across operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across multiple business units.
Prepare monthly management reporting, financial performance analysis and variance commentary.
Partner closely with operational and functional stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
Challenge business assumptions and support decision-making through robust financial analysis.
Monitor operating costs and drive accountability through regular performance reviews.
Support long-term value creation initiatives, business cases and strategic projects.
Improve reporting processes, planning models and financial controls through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Consolidate budget submissions, analyse trends and prepare management presentations for leadership reviews.
Ensure accuracy, integrity and timely delivery of financial information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Professional should have:

Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related discipline.
At least 8 years of FP&A, commercial finance or business finance experience.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience.
Proven ability to business partner with operational stakeholders.
Confidence in influencing, challenging and driving conversations with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in complex, matrix or operationally intensive environments.
Exposure to Oracle, Vena, Tagetik or similar finance systems will be advantageous.
