Job Description

Reporting to the regional FP&A leadership team, you will:

  • Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes across the SEA region
  • Provide performance analysis and management insights to support commercial and operational decision-making
  • Develop and deliver meaningful financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
  • Partner closely with business leaders to monitor expenditure, identify trends, and enhance financial performance
  • Conduct profitability, sales, cost, and margin analysis to support business initiatives and growth opportunities
  • Drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and data quality
  • Contribute to business reviews, strategic projects, and ad hoc analysis for senior management



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA will be advantageous
  • At least 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business finance, or financial analysis within a multinational environment
  • Experience supporting multiple countries, regional operations, or geographically dispersed business units
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial performance management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
  • Experience with ERP, planning, reporting, or business intelligence platforms such as SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and matrixed business environment
