Job Description

  • Perform detailed credit analysis and risk assessment for corporate lending transactions
  • Prepare credit proposals, annual reviews and recommendations for approval committees
  • Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance and emerging credit risks
  • Support structuring, execution and documentation of financing transactions
  • Partner closely with relationship managers, risk teams and product specialists
  • Manage collateral, loan classifications and credit-related data quality controls
  • Contribute to portfolio reviews, regulatory reporting and risk governance initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience within corporate banking, credit risk, portfolio management or lending environments
  • Strong track record analysing large corporate credit exposures and complex financing structures
  • Experience assessing transactions such as acquisition finance, leveraged finance, project finance, structured lending or similar products
  • Sound understanding of credit risk frameworks, portfolio monitoring and regulatory expectations
  • Strong financial modelling, credit writing and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to engage senior internal stakeholders and support client-facing transaction activities
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and project coordination skills
