Job Description

  • Provide end-to-end sales support to regional business development teams
  • Coordinate quotations, tenders and sales-related documentation
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights
  • Support distributor lifecycle management, including onboarding and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing
  • Prepare sales reports, analyse data trends and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support regional marketing initiatives including events, webinars and campaigns

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Experience in a sales support, coordination, or commercial operations role
  • Prior exposure to medical devices or technical products is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different regions
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
