Job Description

  • Maintain and enhance business dashboards to ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes of reporting or trigger-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain manual data tracking processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing and reconciliation activities across multiple sources.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports.
  • Support ongoing data quality initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and improve reporting efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence functions.
  • Strong Python programming capabilities for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, data validation and reporting automation.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify anomalies and investigate discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a structured and organised manner.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy.
