Job Description

  • Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Prepare and deliver regulatory reports, including solvency returns
  • Support external audit processes and financial statement preparation
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Contribute to investment accounting and reporting activities
  • Implement and maintain internal controls within reporting processes
  • Participate in process improvements and regulatory change initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate should have:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in financial or regulatory reporting
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks within financial services (e.g. MAS requirements)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets
  • Understanding of risk and control frameworks (e.g. SOX, operational risk)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge and explain financial information
