Job Description

The Regional Training Manager will report to the Managing Director.The key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute regional training strategies and calendars
  • Deliver product, technical, and retail excellence programmes
  • Manage training budgets, tools, and learning platforms
  • Partner with commercial teams to identify capability gaps
  • Design and adapt learning content for diverse markets
  • Track training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Training Manager should have:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • 15+ years of training, learning & development, or retail education experience
  • Experience within luxury retail, watches, jewellery, fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brands
  • Proven track record delivering classroom, virtual, and blended learning programmes
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple APAC markets and travelling regionally up to 50% of the time
