The Regional Operations Manager will oversee the performance and daily operations of the premium furniture showrooms across the region, support regional growth, and strengthen position in the premium furniture and interior solutions market.

With a strong regional presence, they support clients across workplace, commercial, and lifestyle spaces through curated furniture solutions, showroom experiences, and project-based offerings.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional business plans to drive sales growth and improve showroom performance.
  • Set and maintain clear SOPs across all showrooms to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and front-line teams to deliver strong service standards.
  • Work with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage stock levels, improve stock turnover, and reduce slow-moving inventory.
  • Monitor operating costs and ensure each showroom runs efficiently while maintaining premium brand standards.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to support campaigns, events, launches, and client activities.
  • Review market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure showroom presentation, visual standards, and brand guidelines are maintained across all locations.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, including property developers, architects, interior designers, and other project-related clients.
  • Support contract sales and large-scale project opportunities where relevant.
  • Travel regionally when required to review showroom operations and support local teams.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Design/ Operations, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years in retail operations experience as a mangerial level
  • Experience in luxury retail, premium furniture, interiors, lifestyle, hospitality, or high-end consumer products will be highly relevant.
  • Good commercial sense, with experience managing budgets, costs, and business performance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to lead and motivate teams across different locations.
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems, reporting tools, and regional logistics processes.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to travel when needed.
