Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional IT function, overseeing strategy, delivery, and operations across Asia
  • Act as the key interface between HQ and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution
  • Partner with trading desks and front-office teams to support and enhance critical trading systems
  • Drive the development and optimization of low-latency, high-availability technology platforms
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing IT teams across the region
  • Manage third-party vendors and technology partners
  • Ensure strong governance across cybersecurity, operational risk, and regulatory requirements



The Successful Applicant

You have:

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within investment banking or financial markets
  • Strong background supporting trading environments (e.g., markets, commodities, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of trading systems, infrastructure, and front-to-back architecture
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders across global and regional teams
  • Exposure to multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments across Asia
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
