Job Description

  • Lead regional oversight of critical commercial applications, ensuring stability, usability and continuous improvement
  • Manage system enhancements, rollout activities, and functional roadmaps aligned to business priorities
  • Serve as the primary regional contact for cross-functional stakeholders, global teams, and external vendors
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions, coordinate testing phases and ensure smooth deployment
  • Monitor system adoption, data quality, and process adherence, recommending improvements where needed
  • Provide structured training and support to business users across multiple markets

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in business, ideally within the Healthcare industry or a related field
  • Experience managing or supporting digital tools or business applications, ideally in a commercial or operations environment
  • Strong ability to collaborate across markets and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Skilled in analysing business needs, optimising workflows, and driving adoption of digital tools
  • Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Regional exposure and experience in healthcare or life sciences is advantageous
